Research On Green Residential Building Design In Yingkou Area

The twenty-first Century is the era of rapid economic development,but behind the rapid development has brought many problems,people are faced with energy depletion,environmental damage and other problems threaten the survival of mankind,and in fact,with the construction activities are closely related.Along with the economic and social China entered a period of rapid development,green building,make people aware of the green building is not high-tech,high cost,not one-sided pursuit of low cost of construction,not only large or large green landscape,but in the whole building during normal use,the greatest extent to use less resources,reduce the impact on the environment,so that users can realize efficient and healthy in use.Although the concept of green building has been recognized by the people,but did not complete the application to life,this paper is combined with the characteristics of coastal city,in-depth study of green building,to provide some theoretical basis for the design and construction of the coastal city of green.This article from the Yingkou city residential building design,analysis and summary of the coastal city of cold area of green building design at the same time,through the investigation of Yingkou City,for the coastal city of cold area residential construction design in green energy,gives a new method and strategy,and strive to build Yingkou city as green livable city.The thesis is divided into 5 parts.The first part discusses the background of this paper,the purpose of the paper,the methods and technical route of the research.Through the analysis of relevant research methods and technical routes and the relevant domestic and international relevant examples and research,this paper determines the main content and framework of this study.The second part mainly from the city of Yingkou city climate characteristics,characteristics,characteristics of the building syndrome as a starting point,analysis of the climate,city and building characteristics of Yingkou as a coastal city of cold area,put forward the construction features of Yingkou area and its climate.The third part of Yingkou for five aspects of the building in Yingkou city from the land,energy and water saving,material saving and environmental improvement technology based on Physical Review,analysis and study of Yingkou City area and Yingkou area green residential building design principles and design methods of the coastal city of green residential building design.Green residential area includes the coastal city of Yingkou architectural form and style,layout,high volume,color and other factors related to elevation,pointed out problems in the coastal city of Yingkou area of green residential building design and effect.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,based on the above research from the planning and design strategies and residential monomer design strategy in two aspects of green residential building design in Yingkou city.Through the design of green residential building in Yingkou,the positioning,the prototype,the design goal and the design method,as well as the green,energy saving residential building control strategy,to provide guidelines for the green building design of Yingkou city.
