| With the acceleration of urban development, the evolution of urban structure has caused significant fluctuations in the resilience level of cities. At present, the construction quality of wetland parks in cold cities varies, but this situation is difficult to effectively solve. On a global scale, the construction of resilient cities includes resilience and resilience to different forms of risks in terms of physical resilience and economic, social, cultural, institutional, and ecological resilience.Resilient landscapes include two aspects: resistance and resilience that are not found in traditional landscapes.By analyzing the urban resilience of Harbin,as a cold city,Harbin will be affected by low temperature, strong wind and rainstorm, which will challenge the urban wetland landscape.Aiming at the problem of cold landscape wetlands from the perspective of resilience, this paper studies the Alejin Island National Wetland Park in Harbin, and combines the resilience of natural ecological landscape,multi-functional landscape, cultural landscape, and spatial system to deeply explore the methods and ways of cold city landscape planning.Enhance the resilience of natural ecological landscapes through vegetation design, aquatic ecological design, biological habitat design, and revetment design; The design of health and wellness sports areas, management service areas, wetland conservation areas, and agricultural flower fields is interconnected to enhance the resistance of conservation areas, health and wellness areas, and agricultural flower fields,so that the entire site can better cope with external risks and ensure the resilience of multifunctional landscapes;Design the wetland science popularization experience area and cultural exhibition area, promote the culture of wetlands and urban history through science popularization, and reflect the resilience of human landscape design;Enhance the resilience of spatial systems through dam design, research and monitoring base design, infrastructure design, signage system design, and lighting design. This article not only studies the resilience of spatial landscapes, but also delves into the humanistic aspects.Through planning, the ecological protection of wetland resources, popular science education, display of wetland culture, and intelligent utilization are integrated, achieving a dual effect of meeting the current ecological tourism needs of citizens and improving local social and economic benefits. |
