With the development of economy and the advancement of construction technology,people have higher requirements for the indoor environment of residential buildings.The indoor wind environment is an important part of the indoor environment and has an important impact on users' health.Improving the comfort of indoor wind environment has always been an important topic for scholars.Coastal cities in cold region have higher wind speed due to temperature differences between land and sea,therefore,people should pay more attention to the indoor wind environment.After the 1990 s,it became more efficient and accurate to use computer software to simulate the indoor wind environment of buildings and provide guidance for architectural design.This article uses the CFD software PHOENICS to simulate the wind environment of a typical house in the coastal city located in the cold region of Weifang,and proposes an indoor wind environment optimization design method from the perspective of architectural design based on the simulation results,and attempts to extend it to other construction practices in cold coastal city.The article mainly carried out the following aspects of research:(1)Based on the building code and sources,the indoor wind environment comfort evaluation system for residential buildings is constructed from the three aspects : the wind pressure differences between front facade and back facade,ventilation path,air age,and wind speed.The group layout forms and architecture design forms of residential areas with high frequency of use were statistically obtained according to the research of the group layout and architecture design of residential areas in Weifang City.(2)According to the statistical results of Weifang's residential areas and house types,select typical residential areas,typical residential buildings,and typical house types.Using the prevailing wind speeds and directions of Weifang City in summer,transition season and winter,the indoor wind environment simulation was performed on the typical units of the first floor,middle floor and top floor.The simulation results were evaluated from the four aspects: The wind pressure differences between front facade and back facade,ventilation path,wind speed,and air age.It was found that the factors affecting the comfort of the typical indoor wind environment in Weifang City mainly include unreasonable ventilation paths,low indoor ventilation efficiency,high indoor wind speed and so on.This paper summarizes the problems of typical indoor wind environment in Weifang City and establishes the optimization goal of indoor wind environment in Weifang City.(3)Households with a more typical indoor wind environment are optimized from the two aspects of building group layout and building monomer design,and simulate the indoor wind environment of the optimized house type.After compared the indoor wind environment simulation results of the optimized house type with the original design of the wind environment simulation results from the four aspects : wind speed,air age,ventilation efficiency,and ventilation path.The optimized house wind speed is more suitable,the air age is reduced,the efficiency of ventilation is improved,the ventilation path is more reasonable,and the comfort of indoor wind environment is significantly improved,which proves the effectiveness of the indoor wind environment optimization method.According to the characteristics of climate and residential buildings in the coastal cities in the cold regions,the research of optimal design about the indoor wind environment in the coastal cities locate in cold region was studied from three aspects: the planning and design of the surrounding land of the residential areas,the planning and design of the residential areas,and the architecture design of the residential buildings.The article puts forward the optimization method of indoor wind environment of residential buildings in Weifang City and the optimization strategy of indoor wind environment of residential buildings in coastal cities locate in cold region,constructs the optimization process of indoor wind environment of residential buildings,and establishes the evaluation standard of indoor wind environment.The author provides suggestions to improve the indoor wind environment comfort of residential buildings for urban constructors.
