The city’s construction and development advocate humanity, times, culture and historicity. The hall architecture embodies the essence of the architectural culture of the times, which can be called the "context" of city soul. However, due to the early age of the existing Auditorium Building, the imperfect construction technology and relevant standards and other factors,it can no longer meet the development needs of modern society. However,if the demolition is considered blindly,it will cause the loss of cultural heritage and a lot of human and material resources. Therefore, how to make the Auditorium Building meet the new era on the basis of retaining the unique style of traditional culture The requirement of architectural environment and function is the key content of this paper. At the same time, based on the concept and technology of green, the overall transformation of the existing Auditorium Building has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes the Auditorium Building in cold area as the research object, analyzes the current situation of Auditorium Building in cold area through questionnaire survey, engineering case study and field test survey, and summarizes the existing problems of Auditorium Building, including building facade image, functional space, acoustic environment and building energy consumption. The conclusion of these problems can provide a clear basis for the next step to put forward the strategy of auditorium reconstruction.First of all, based on the current situation of the old and peeling facade of the auditorium, this paper puts forward the technical strategy of facade reconstruction and facade restoration, which makes the facade beautify and renew on the basis of retaining the traditional cultural style;second, based on the problem of functional space, combined with the current standard, this paper puts forward the technical strategy of spatial form reconstruction and spatial function optimization, which makes the space more flexible Third, based on the problems of indoor acoustics, the paper puts forward the transformation technology strategy of space form transformation and interface decoration, which improves the indoor audio-visual effect;fourth, based on the problems of high building energy consumption and poor indoor thermal environment comfort,it puts forward the transformation technology strategy of energy-saving transformation of envelope structure and application of renewable resources, which greatly reduces the building Energyconsumption, saving energy.Based on the above research, combined with the design practice of Auditorium Building renovation of Shandong Provincial Prison Administration, through the investigation and analysis of the project’s facade, indoor functional space, and the construction method of enclosure structure,as well as the field measurement of indoor acoustic environment and thermal environment, this paper summarizes and puts forward the renovation principles and technical strategies applicable to the Auditorium Building, and from the facade modeling reform This paper discusses the green reconstruction design method of Auditorium Building in cold area from four aspects: building, functional space reorganization, indoor acoustic environment improvement and enclosure structure optimization.Based on the software of ease and design builder, the indoor acoustic environment, thermal performance simulation calculation and investment income analysis are carried out.The results show that through the green transformation design practice of the auditorium of Shandong Provincial Prison Administration, the auditorium building is revitalized and the historical culture is protected. Therefore, the research results can provide reference and reference for promoting the green transformation of the existing Auditorium Building.
