Modular Design And Technology Research Of Typical Components Of Aerospace Ground Equipment

With the rapid development of space technology in the world,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.There are some characteristics of aerospace products,such as,variety of types and single demand.Due to these characteristics,the aerospace ground equipment technology and equipment from design to production consume a lot of time and costs.These features have been restricting the development of aerospace products from design to rapid production.At present,the aerospace product development requires less time and more production.It puts more emphasis on product other than the product tooling.So the research of the product tooling stayed on the basic requirement of aerospace product.There is lack of in-depth scientific research and analysis on the product tooling.A lot of time and money are wasted.Therefore,for the aerospace ground equipment technology and equipment products,comprehensive study including the design of tooling,process manufacturing sector,the establishment of the database should be established.This can improve product quality and stability of tooling products,reduce labor intensity of design work,and improve product reliability,maintainability and supportability.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The design process and key technology of aerospace ground equipment tooling modular are studied.According to the characteristics of aerospace technology and equipment,taking the design objects as elements,a structural analysis and functional module division method was proposed.The research of object module design,module instance and specific mode of operation was produced.The universal plan of modular analysis using the design family as the basic unit was proposed.A process within the aerospace ground equipment tooling range of modular design,procedures and planning was also proposed.(2)The processing method of the similar parts was researched.The division way of similar general machining parts and extraction method of the same process in different parts are proposed.The general machining process planning mode was researched and optimize processing technology was proposed.(3)On the basis of CAPP,the conception of modularization and standardization research database building was put forward.This conception includes the system design idea and principle,internal design process,and system structure.The division of the module related objects,the selection of design module and specific parts,the presentation type of figure number,and the typical modules are also studied.
