Research On Medcial Equipment Enterprise Equipment Maintenance Decision Based On Time Delay Model

In order to improve economic benefit of manufacturing enterprises, downtime lossof manufacturing equipment must be controlled effectively. This paper studiesmaintenance management of manufacturing equipment mainly on time delay model. Amanufacturing equipment maintenance optimize model has been established in this paperbased on the reliability theory.Firstly, on the basis of introducing the research background and significance of thispaper and analyzing the domestic and foreign research present situation, this paperexpounds the maintenance management theory, reliability maintenance theory, spare partand medical equipment enterprise, including equipment failure rule analysis,maintenance strategy selection, maintenance decision optimization, etc.. According toreliability theory, delay time theory and technological updating and degeneration theory, we makestatistical analysis for equipment maintenance record data, establish model and formula.Secondly, we consider the influence of spare parts inventory for optimalmaintenance and replacement decision. This paper aims to study the impact of spare partsinventory on equipment maintenance and replacement decisions under technological change via aMarkov decision process. Find the relation of the reliability and the rate of detect. It will affectmaintenance cost and maintenance strategy and produce the evidence for spare parts.Then, according to medical maintenance existing problems of manufacturingequipment, we collect medical equipment maintenance record data, analyze the failuremode, and make the feasibility analysis of manufacturing equipment using themaintenance modeling method of time delay. Combining reliability theory and time delaytheory, calculate the maintenance cost. Choose the optimal maintenance strategyaccording to maintenance cost. That makes the enterprise maintenance cost andmaintenance optimization.
