With the rapid development of the construction industry,the traditional CAD two-dimensional design method can not meet the current design,construction and other needs.Building electrical and mechanical systems,including the HVAC system,water supply and drainage systems,electrical systems.In the traditional design,the lack of effective communication between the professional designers,not to mention the coordination and cooperation,such as found in the construction of the professional pipeline collision,then there will be a large area of demolition and rework,and even lead to repair the whole scheme,not only a waste of materials will be greatly time delay.Firstly,the concept,characteristics and advantages of BIM technology are introduced,the present situation of the research on the design and optimization of the construction mechanical and electrical system based on BIM technology is analyzed;secondly,the design flow of the building electrical and mechanical engineering based on BIM is introduced,including the creation of water supply and drainage,HVAC and electrical system model;according to the mechanical and electrical design problems the first communication building construction project project of a data center operators,using Revit MEP 2014 software,BIM electromechanical model is established,the foundation was established in the electromechanical model,the use of pipeline integration and visualization,according to the principle of comprehensive pipeline construction,the design scheme of the collision detection in detail the 3D models and 2D drawings,by way of contrast are described.Finally,based on the Navisworks software,the three-dimensional dynamic roaming technology is used to generate the project roaming map,and the roaming file is generated,the design effect is simulated..finally,the BIM software is used to carry out the map.The simulation,coordination,optimization and visualization of BIM technology are embodied.Through the BIM technology to build the BIM model of building electromechanical electromechanical system in this paper,the two-dimensional drawings of the pipeline equipment integration and visualization of the pipeline,reducing the probability of collision detection,can avoid the loss and rework in the construction stage,more convenient to carry out technical tests,so as to achieve the comprehensive optimization of pipeline layout,save the construction cost,to achieve the rational allocation of resources objective.
