In recent years,the rapid development of science and technology promote social progress.However,the construction industry is stagnant,seriously restricting the development of the national economy.Conform to the trend of the times,BIM conceived,adding new vitality to the construction industry.BIM,named Building Information Modeling,is a forward-looking business process in the construction field.The core of BIM is "information",which is accompanied by the whole construction period.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional,single architectural design,BIM has the characteristics of three-dimensional visualization,multi professional collaboration,so that it attracts the industry attention.With the vigorous development of the construction industry,as a sub project of construction engineering,mechanical and electrical engineering in the scale,complexity,technology and other aspects is becoming more complex,multi-faceted than ever.It is precisely because of the increasingly high demand for mechanical and electrical industry,so the construction of the field of mechanical and electrical defects have gradually emerged.The lack of standard in the industry,the backward technology of design and installation,the low degree of information make the mechanical and electrical engineering cause a negative impact on the whole construction project.It is necessary to take BIM technology to improve the problems existing in the mechanical and electrical industry,only meeting the inevitable trend of the development of modern construction projects.This paper takes BIM technology and mechanical and electrical engineering as the research object.First of all,according to the current situation and existing problems of traditional mechanical and electrical engineering,this paper analyzes the applicability of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical engineering.Secondly,according to the shortcomings of traditional mechanical and electrical design,this paper analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in the process of mechanical and electrical design;Combined with BIM technology,an algorithm based on BIM platform,which can automatically adjust the pipeline conflict and automatically detect pipeline height,is designed and tested,so as to realize the optimization of mechanical and electrical pipeline.Then,aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional electromechanical construction schedule deviation control,this paper analyzes the advantages of BIM technology applied to the electromechanical construction schedule deviation control;On the basis of the establishment of the BIM schedule model,a new earned value method of electromechanical schedule deviation control based on BIM technology is proposed to predict the duration of the project so as to achieve progress control.Finally,in order to enhance the effect of virtual reality and interactive experience,this paper studies the application of BIM+VR technology in mechanical and electrical engineering,and then analyzes the application value of BIM+VR in mechanical and electrical engineering.Based on the above research work,this paper has three points of innovation,and they are demonstrated through a shopping mall mechanical and electrical case.Firstly,an algorithm based on BIM platform,which can automatically adjust the pipeline conflict and automatically detect pipeline height,is proposed to optimize mechanical and electrical pipeline;Secondly,a new earned value method of electromechanical schedule deviation control based on BIM technology is proposed to predict the duration of the project;Thirdly,Based on the advantages of BIM+VR technology,this paper puts forward the application of the technology in mechanical and electrical engineering——multi person cooperation and VR construction roaming.It is hoped that this paper will provide a guiding role for the follow-up study.
