Research On Optimization Strategy Of Outdoor Activities Places In High-rise Residential District

In recent years,urban high-rise residential construction has developed rapidly,occupying the vast majority of residential development,has become a typical type of urban residential district.With the improvement of living standards,people have a higher pursuit of living,not only want to have a comfortable indoor living environment,but also eager to have a good outdoor environment.However,the construction of high-rise residential districtoutdoor activities placeshas many problems such as low environmental comfort,loss of the sense of security and belonging,lack of vitality and so on,which can not meet the needs of people's outdoor activities.Therefore,it has become an important issue facing the current that how to optimize the outdoor activities places of high-rise residential district and provide rich outdoor activitiesforresidents.Based on the above considerations,the author chooses the high-rise residential district outdoor activities places of Xi'an Jingkaidistrict as the research object,and tries to summarize the characteristics and problems of outdoor activities places through the investigation,analysis and research of outdoor activities places in typical residential district.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of the use of outdoor activities places and the analysis on residents' satisfaction and demand for outdoor activities places,the proposed optimization strategies of outdoor activities,and provide valuable references for the future construction of high-rise residential district outdoor activities.The main body of the thesis mainlyconsists of six parts: In the first part,the author expounds the development process of high-rise residential district and the present situation of high-rise residential outdoor activites places construction in our country,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.This paper defines the relevant concepts and research scope,and combs the relevant theoretical research and construction experience of the domestic and foreign high-rise residential districtoutdoor activities places,clarifies the research contents and methods,and sets up the research technology route.In the second part,the author analyzes and studies the outdoor activities places of high-rise residential district,including the theory of outdoor activities places,outdoor activities spaces,outdoor activities sites and its environmental elements,andoutdooractivities groups.In the third part,the author elaborates the general situation of Xi'an Jingkaidistrict,and studies the overall characteristics of the high-rise settlements and its outdoor activities places.This paper chooses three different scale high-rise residential outdoor activities places as the research object,through the investigation of the present situation of outdoor activities placesto study the spatial characteristics of outdoor activities space,outdoor activities places and its environmental elements,and summarizes the problems of outdoor activities places.In the fourth part,the author mainly analyzes the characteristics of the current situation of the outdoor activities places,including the basic information of the active population,the content and type of activities,the time and location of the activities,and the satisfaction and demand of the residents in the outdoor activities places.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the principle of optimizing the outdoor activities places of the high-rise residential district in view of the problems existing in the outdoor activity place.This paper clarifies the security as a prerequisite,residential management as the basis,residents participatation as the core of the overall optimization strategy,and expounds the spatial planning strategies of outdoor activities spaces in high-rise residential district of different scales,and discusses the environmental elements design of outdoor activities sites.In the sixth part,the author summarizes the research results of the thesis and explores the shortcomings and prospects.Through the research of this paper,the aim is to put forward the optimization strategies of high-rise residential outdoor activities,so as to provide residents with comfortable,safe and interesting outdoor activities,and create a high quality living outdoor environment.
