Architecture Design And Research Of Boutique Resort(China Pavilion) In Guiyang Free Trade Zone

With the rapid development of the world economy,people begin to seek spiritual and cultural satisfaction in the abundant physical life.Accompanied with a substantial extension of holiday duration,there has formed a trend to go to the natural scenic resorts for leisure and tourism accommodation.In this context,the resort hotel has been unprecedentedly developed.In the current situation,the simple resort hotel can just meet the basic accommodation function,however,its product differentiation is small,owing too much regularity.Thus the new form of boutique resort hotels appear.Boutique Resort is against "homogenization",while focusing on diversification,personalization and ecologicalization.Besides,the hotel culture and design concept it conveys need to be displayed by the means of architectural design.Compared to other types of hotels,the intervention of architectural design is particularly important for boutique resort.However,due to the late appearance in China,the discussion of the related architectural design is not systematic,also short of practical experiences and professional research results.How to get rid of the simple imitation of traditional ones how to excavate deeper cultural connotation from the space perspective how to create a new living experience which could resonate with the local natural,culture and environment for the customers these are the problems needed to be solved.First of all,through the literature collection,case study,summary and analysis,the paper studies the generality and peculiarity of the resort hotel design and its design principles.Next,evidenced by the preliminary investigation of the project and combined with the previous design principles,the paper gets a clear understanding of the project positioning and design principles.Furthermore,the paper conducts several case studies,analyses of design ideas,and ultimately guides the detailed design and construction document design.Finally,from the above studies,the paper summaries several boutique hotel design principles for the universal application and design experience.I hope this paper could provide some useful references for boutique hotel designs in China.
