Study On Elderly-oriented Design Of Large General Hospital In Guangzhou

With the gradual increase in the degree of aging in China,the number of elderly population is also rising rapidly.The elderly are susceptible to the patient group,which will inevitably lead the population of elderly patient increasing in the large general hospital.And the study on the elderly-oriented design has developed late,while many large hospitals did not take the elderly this increasingly important special patient groups into account,resulting in a lot of using issues.This dissertation is divided into the following sections:The first part(chapter 1): Introduction,the main research topic of this article was established,introduced the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary.The second part(chapter 2): This part analyzes the patient's needs by studying on the body scale model,physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of the elderly patients.And then according to the needs of patients,the author reconsider the design of the large general hospital.The third part(chapter 3): The author conducted a survey of several large general hospitals in Guangzhou and the geriatric patients,to understand the patient's evaluation of current hospital design and patient's requirements.At the end of the chapter,the author puts forward his own opinions on the planning and development model of Guangzhou large general hospital based on the aging point of view.The fourth part(chapter 4,chapter 5,chapter 6): The research on the elderly-oriented design of the large general hospital from three aspects,which are outpatient space,nursing unit,detail and landscape environment.
