Research On Architectural Planning Method Based On Concurrent Engineering Theory

Traditional architectural design methods are often based on existing design information,together with the architect’s personal experience as the basis for the design.At the same time,in the interpretation of the design objectives,only rely on the information provided by the task book as the basic basis,and the traditional design task book due to the lack of comprehensive analysis of the professional team,often resulting in unequal task book development,one-sided understanding of the construction task,the final design results are not satisfactory phenomenon.In view of the above problems,in the field of architectural theory,the existing architectural planning theory as the basic support.Architectural planning is a new concept in our country.At present,the general theoretical framework of architectural planning has been formed,and has made great progress in theoretical research.But through the research on the degree of the application of the architectural planning method in the architectural design units,the application rate of the architectural planning theory is low in the practical work.The main reason is that the time is urgent and the construction planning is not known.Therefore,this paper analyzes the case of the architectural planning in the actual project,through the comparison found that the common architectural planning methods,as well as the existing trend of architectural planning methods.At the same time,through the analysis of the case and the basic survey,in the practical application of the architectural planning,the main problems reflected in the specific organization of architectural planning method has not formed a relatively complete system.According to the reason of the lack of architectural programming in the actual application,based on the theory of concurrent engineering in system engineering,summarizes the similarities and differences of architecture planning and concurrent engineering,a reasonable reference method of personnel organization in concurrent engineering and the whole life cycle of building concept,planning for reference.Through the "synergy","integrity" and "integration" in the concurrent engineering.According to the reasons of the construction planning in the practical application is insufficient,based on the theory of concurrent engineering in system engineering,planning and construction,summarize the common difference of concurrent engineering and concurrent engineering used in the construction planning of the notes from a reasonable method of personnel organization in concurrent engineering and whole life cycle concept,to provide reference for construction planning.And absorb the three characteristics of "synergy","integrity" and "integration" in concurrent engineering.Through the basic research of architectural planning and concurrent engineering,this paper attempts to explore the architectural planning method – APCE,based on concurrent engineering theory.Under the guidance of the APCE principle,this paper analyzes the strategy of APCE in detail,taking the target stage-system stage-linkage stage as the basic process,taking the actual project of the author as an example,The design criteria are analyzed according to the tasks of Party A.In the early stage of the design,the design conditions are analyzed in order to obtain the concrete design objectives.The joint working group is set up according to the nature of the project,and the design factors related to the design are discussed.Using the scientific analysis method,the use of computer analysis software,the priority of each relevant factor to judge,find the next step in the design focus.And then put forward the preliminary task book,list the design points,to conceptual programs,multi-program comparison of the form of continuous verification of the task book,until the parties recognized.And finally form a design guide,based on the official task book,formal concept program for the auxiliary instructions,and configure the pre-collected case library,qualitative and quantitative description.After the completion of the project,the post-construction evaluation of the way to check the design results,sum up experience,to provide the basis for follow-up design.Based on the research of APCE method,this paper aims to find a way to guide the project smoothly,ensure the project quality and easy to operate.
