Concurrent Engineering is a product development organization, management and operation mode which is established by the foundationof system engineering. Concurrent Engineering Management Technologyhas broken traditional organization and management procedure duringproduct deve1opment, and the application of Concurrent Engineering canshorten time --to--market for product development, reduce costs, iaproveproduct qua1ity and satisfy customer's need at most. ConcurrentEngineering promotes that design should face to manufacture, to asseInbly,to the whole process and Who1e 1if e time during product production. WithConcurrent Engineering implementing in enterprise wi1l have theadvantage for iI'nProving enterprise production efficient, propel1ingenterprise techno1ogy deve1opment and speeding up the estab1ish to theenterprise modern management system, and have the advantage forimproving enterprise core competition and cooperation with abroad. This paper has studied prQduction management to enterprise toolingsystefn based on the Concurrent Engineering enviroiment. The main pointsare the study on the enterprise too1ing system organization mode, thep1anning managefnent mode and the managefnent of too1inq technique andquality. It presents the principle for Concurrent Engineeringapplication in the enterprise tooling system, and it presents theadjusting, reform and reorganization on the aspects of tooling design, manufacture as we11 as work f1ow process and p1anning management etc..It specifies the production/planning control and coordination duringthe application of Concurrent Engineering method in tooling system. Ithas acguired good effect through real application of tooling system, and it has made some adVantage theory study and try--out for enterprisesystem further improving implementing Concurrent Engineering.
