Research On The Construction Of Nuclear Safety Culture In The Northwest Region Under The New Normal Of Environmental Protection

At present,the development of Chinese economic is in the period of the new normal with ap propriate economic growth,Optimized structure,high quality and favorable institutional surroundi ngs.Under this background,it brings more complex situation to environmental protection and the cultural construction when the new normal of environmental protection appears as both opportunit ies and challenges.Nuclear safety is a very important part of environmental protection field.The n uclear safety culture construction,of which the purpose is to internalize people's recognition of the importance of nuclear safety to ensure nuclear safety behavior,is an important means to ensure nu clear safety.Due to the impact of nuclear and radiation project characteristics in Northwest China where nuclear safety culture is weak and many problems left over by In the nuclear power industr y chain,it is a problem worthy of study that how to carry out the nuclear safety culture constructio n according to its characteristics and protection of nuclear and radiation safety.We first analyze th e current situation from the northwest region of nuclear safety culture in this paper,and then find n uclear safety problems in the construction according to the iceberg model theory,combining the c haracteristics of practice and applying the use of specific cases and data support.On this basis,the re are some countermeasures and suggestions and discussion how to build the northwest region of nuclear and radiation safety supervision and environmental culture system inspiration combining with the author's working practice.
