Reason, the measures taken by the government and enterprises are mostly from the material level to solve the problem, while ignoring the human factor, many security problems are caused by mistake, and simple to find the factors are not fundamentally solve the problem, while concerned about the material factors should be more concerned about the impact of the factors of production safety, must rise to the height of the safety culture, safety culture to improve the quality of security, a fundamental solution to people’s safety awareness behaviors, thoughts and other safety culture is essentially the root causes.This paper analysis the safety culture in architecture industry by introduces the concept and the use of the culture of security in architecture business. The paper Judge on this conception at three aspects, which base on the characteristics of architecture and the research of experts. Firstly defines the concept and function of safety culture in construction enterprises; Secondly, analysis the focus on safety culture in construction enterprises through the necessity and feasibility, characteristics and difficulties, problems of currently research. Finally, build safety culture of construction enterprise based on the SMART principle,which is the core part of this paper, includes the construction and evaluation.
