The campus is a kind of public gathering place and the number of people is increasing with the vigorous development of education.The schools teaching laboratory is in storage of dangerous chemicals,and some advanced electrical equipment is brought to the daily teaching and life.Besides,the lines in early established school are aging,and its safety is directly related to people's life and property safety.Firstly,North China University of Science and Technology in Xinhua west road(main campus)as the research object,according to the relevant norms,the evaluation index system of campus fire risk is established by using the model of a 5M,4M model,the ISM model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is based on the university fire characteristics and reasons.The campus is divided into two evaluation unit teaching and living areas.More than two units of fire hazards is investigated,and risk factors is recorded.First order index and second order index of index system have been evaluated based on comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of fuzzy mathematics and experts have visited the survey for campus fire risk.The Analytic Hierarchy Process has been utilized to apportion weight of indicators.Using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation,the effectiveness of maximum membership degree principle has been analyzed,and the fire risk assessment has been candied out.Finally,it put forward correction proposal to reduce fire incidents.From the influence of people and building it on the safety evacuation factors,with dormitory No.6 of North China University of Science and Technology as an example.Four kinds of situations are analyzed including personnel non peak evacuation,personnel peak evacuation,non peak for the personnel only in the east exit and peak for the personnel only in the east exit by using GIS that has a powerful function.It aims to examine that the current status of the dormitory can meet the safety evacuation of students.
