This article first uses Pyro Sim software to analyze the fire on the 3rd and 13 th floors of a high-story residential apartment.By analyzing the temperature,CO concentration,and visibility changes over time in the fire site,and with the personnel’s tolerance limits for each parameter By comparison,determine the available evacuation time for people in different scenarios,and use Pathfinder software to simulate the evacuation process of people in high-rise buildings,determine the necessary evacuation time,and compare the available and necessary evacuation time in the building to determine The fire hazard of the building.When the fire source is on the 3rd floor,it takes 280 seconds for the stairwell position near the fire site to reach the critical temperature of 60°C,the time to reach the critical CO concentration of 500 ppm is 410 seconds,and the time for visibility to drop below 4m is 200 seconds,so this scene is available The evacuation time is 200seconds;when the fire source is on the 13 th floor,the time for the stairwell to reach the critical temperature is 290 seconds,the time to reach the critical concentration of CO is 280 seconds,and the time to reach the critical visibility is 190 seconds,so the fire source is The available evacuation time on the 13 th floor is 190 seconds.Using Pathfinder software for modeling,it is found that the movement time of the evacuation process is 442.8 seconds,but the time required for everyone to move to the stairwell position is only 35.1 seconds,and the preparatory time for evacuation is120 seconds,so in this building On the premise that the fire doors and smoke-proof stairwells inside do not fail,the necessary evacuation time for the evacuation of the building personnel is 155.1 seconds.When a fire occurs on the third floor and the fire door fails at the stairwell on the fire floor,the total evacuation time is 499.3 seconds,and the evacuation movement time is 174 seconds.When a fire broke out on the 13 th floor and the fire door at the stairwell on the fire floor failed,the total evacuation time was 465.3 seconds,and the evacuation movement time was 167.7 seconds.Therefore,the required evacuation time of the building is longer than the available evacuation time,and it is considered that the building is safe under the premise that the fire-fighting facilities do not fail.The research in this article can provide references for the fire safety issues in the design and review phases of some high-rise residential apartments in the future.
