Solarium Function And Sunlight Analysis Of Nursing Institution For The Aged In The City Of Harbin

In order to make the elderly people living in the pension institution get higher quality of life,the construction function and living environment of the pension institution should be improved as far as possible.Harbin is located in the cold region,due to reasons,such as climate and weather in spring,autumn and winter,the elderly travel is affected by the inconvenience of outdoor activities,sunshine intake is reduced that will cause a series of physical and mental health problems,such as calcium,increase the probability of high blood pressure,with mild depression and so on,so we should pay attention to the problem that the elderly who get direct sunlight in winter are too little,in other words,we should attaches great importance to the construction of solarium.The solarium which is discussed in this paper conclude the balcony of the elderly apartment and the attached solarium construction.In order to make the check-in endowment institutions get enough sunshine in winter even if they are in doors,the existence of the building function of solarium in the city of Harbin is very essential.In order to be able to give the solarium design reference,the author carried on the investigation about two retirement organizations in Harbin,such as measuring the size of the solarium,measuring the indoor temperature and humidity of the solarium,counting the use frequency of the solarium,etc,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly of three elderly institutions in Harbin,in-depth interviews were conducted with the elderly and internal managers of the pension institutions,the activity habits of the elderly in winter and summer were summarized respectively,ask the elderly for the view of existing solarium in the building of the pension institution,the research and analysis of the functional requirements of the elderly for the solarium.Finally,the function configuration and spatial characteristics of the solarium are obtained.In the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter I applied the IES-VE software to the sunlight simulation analysis of different patterns,the simulation object is the balcony of the old age apartment in the old-age institution and the atteched solarium construction.On the balcony of the old apartment,simulation results include the orientation,quantity of the casement window,depth,etc,impact on the sunlight effect of the occupancy of elderly,obtain the optimum coefficient of sunshine spacing of the apartment for the elderly in Harbin.On the atteched solarium construction,simulation results include the orientation,size,quantity of the glass curtain wall,etc,impact on the sunlight effect of the solarium,arrive at the ways and means of obtaining the best sunshine effect.This paper is expected to discuss the significance of solarium to cause the builders of the pension institutions in Harbin to pay attention to the construction of the solarium.The conclusion can be used as a reference for the design of the solarium in the cold region such as Harbin.It is hoped that the elderly who choose the social model will also be able to enjoy the sunshine and nature in winter.
