Design And Analysis On Detachable Multi-function Nursing Bed

During the aging society,the demand of the nursing bed is increasing,especially the requirement of high intelligence,good performance,multi-functional nursing bed.Aiming at the phenomenon,designed a multi-functional nursing bed which can be separated.The nursing bed has the following functions:raising back,curving legs,bed-chair separation,remote audio and video monitoring,remote raising back and curving legs,intelligent processing for the toilet,washing hair,entertainment and leisure.The main research contents are:(1)Based on the market research and the standard of nursing bed,the multi-functional nursing bed has the following functions:separating the chair from the bed,completing the design of nursing bed's parameters and formulating the overall design scheme including the appropriate drive form and energy supply.(2)Based on the nursing bed design scheme,completed the Kinematics calculation of the nursing bed institutions and simulated the main movement parameters in Matlab.Analyzed and compared the graphs of kinematics parameters in different driving states,electing the best driving scheme and proved that the design is reasonable.(3)introduced the the nursing bed structure design in details which includes raising back mechanisms,curving legs mechanisms,lifting mechanisms of urine processor and other auxiliary mechanisms.The operating principle and method of application also have been described including the types and principles of linear actuator and hand controller.(4)Based on the three-dimensional model of nursing bed,completed the finite element analysis of important institutions including support frame of wheerchair and urine processor lifting mechanism.The analysis results validate the rationality of the design.Make a summary of the project's overall design work.Expound the design content and innovation and some expectation is bring forward for research on nursing bed.
