| According to data from the National Office on Aging in 2019,my country currently has more than 250 million people over the age of 60.China is now the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world.In this context,the issue of elderly care for the elderly in my country has become increasingly prominent.At present,many elderly care institutions in my country are still relatively backward in terms of space design.Since most of the institutions are only designed to consider the food and accommodation of the elderly and some simple safety issues,there is a lack of research on the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly.Therefore,in the overall architectural design of the nursing home,the architectural detail design is not optimized with the humanized design concept,which has greatly affected the life experience of the elderly in the nursing home.In recent years,with the popularization of the rural elderly care model,all sectors of society have begun to study the design practice of professional nursing homes based on the architectural design specifications,service standards,and the characteristics of rural elderly care to provide a place that can enrich the life of the elderly in their later years.A quiet and comfortable place for old-age care for sentiment,relaxation and contact with nature.Pastoral care is a feasible solution proposed in recent years to address the problem of elderly care for the elderly.At present,pilot projects have been started in many cities.Through the pastoral care model,the elderly can have things to do,and at the same time,they can do Farming activities exercise the body and slow down the deterioration of the body.At the same time,for some senior citizens,the effect of being close to nature,enjoying life,and relaxing can also be achieved.Therefore,the design of rural nursing homes has important value.This article starts research under this background,combines literature research method,case analysis method,research method,case practice method,etc.to analyze the content,characteristics,and principles of rural nursing home design,and finally completes the clarification of this article.The overall planning,landscape design and node design of the Yitianyuan-style nursing home.The research of this article has the following conclusions:(1)Combining the survey,design principles,and related theories of rural nursing homes,this article proposes specific design plans for Qingyi nursing homes.At the level of zoning planning of nursing homes,garden landscape areas,entrance office areas,free breeding areas,and central water areas are designed.,Central square recreation area,medical security area,free planting area,outdoor entertainment area,residential area,fitness area,etc.;(2)In terms of road planning,the road network is divided into two levels,the first level road network is 6 meters,which is a driving lane and fire access,and the second level road network is a pedestrian walkway with a width of 2 meters,which is distributed in various activity areas in the courtyard;(3)In the aspect of landscape design,square landscape,water landscape,plant landscape,etc.are designed to create a rich courtyard scenery;(4)At the level of special design,combined with rural elderly care and based on the characteristics of the elderly,corresponding special designs have been designed,including special plant design,special lighting design,special design of small items and facilities,special design of paving,etc.,in the special design of paving Taking into account the barrier-free design,humanized design,etc.,to ensure the safe passage of the elderly,and finally realize the overall design plan of the Qingyi rural-style nursing home. |
