In the field of domestic architectural industry,the application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is now encountered with explosive growth,and more and more industry participants have realized that new technologies and ideas will revolutionize China's construction industry.However,BIM technology perceptions are varied among different sectors of different regions,which makes it impossible for the BIM technology to completely replace the existing design technology at this stage.It still requires a stable development cycle.Therefore,to study the advantages of BIM technology while considering the needs of reconnaissance and design,so as to build a BIM technology which can meet the current requirement is necessary.First,this thesis takes a stand on reconnaissance and design party which is to attempts to analysis the existing major problems of the current two-dimensional diagram as follows: the unclear paper print,the frequent collision phenomenon,the unachievable visual design,the unmade self-test program,and the low design efficiency and so on.Aiming at above-mentioned problems,this thesis is to take underground space of a large public building for instance,which make an analysis comparison by using sixteen project nodes,improve and perfect the design achievement of two-dimensional diagram ultimately,and propose the idea of parametrized data should be integrated into the design process.Based on the advantages and features of BIM technology,it tries to tackle down the above-mentioned problems and improved the two-dimensional diagram,and build a new reconnaissance and design model which combines BIM technology and traditional design ideas according to the current national standard.Secondly,on the basis of BIM model which has been redesigned to estimate BIM technology is adopted inthe case project,while it was found that 267 collision points in number,and these collision points are distributed in the following four aspects: items of error,omission and collision,rework item,quality item and safety item.Vs the calculation,dispose of these collision points will bring 866 thousand and 100 yuan economic benefits for the business owners.Thirdly,this thesis propounds that reconnaissance and design party should offer a guidance to the business owners on the BIM design requirements.The BIM design specification is established first by summarizing research analysis for the business owners party.Guiding the business owner party to choose practically applied aspects of BIM technology which from the construct the task description,basic task target and expand the task target all three aspects.The research shows that the BIM technology-based three-dimensional collaborative platform can effectively transform the original single-extensive design to a more refine and coordinated one.No doubt,it has a critical merit in its progressive and superiority,and especially suitable for the field of reconnaissance and design.
