Nowadays the battlefield has become more complex than ever,so it requires that the weapon system to be more high-precision,more intelligent,and more unmanned.In the military action,soldiers are often constrained by their own psychological and physical limitation.In some cases,they may not be able to meet the needs of the mission.The appearance of wheeled field unmanned reconnaissance platform has reformed the traditional mode of task execution,which makes the direct threats to the soldiers on the battlefield foreclose and prevents the occurrence of the risk.This kind of platform is mainly delivered to the extreme environment that is not appropriate to the soldiers,and execute the mission of reconnaissance and targeted elimination.So it has special requirements for the trafficability in complex pavement and bradyseism ability.This project focus on the design of the cushioning device,which can solve the major problems when the platform conducts an operation in the complex pavement effectively.This research can also provide practical reference and basis for the similar ground combat mobile platform.In this paper,a series of research work centre on the bradyseism ability of the wheeled unmanned reconnaissance platform,including:1)Propose design parameters.According to the present research status at home and abroad about special unmanned mobile platform,and synthesizing both of the marketing research and actual demands of the troops,this paper propose the technical parameters of the platform.The initial design finalization of the system general form has been determined;2)Introduce the cushioning device and the selection of the motors.According to the author's design idea and then through the Pro/engineer to draw the platform model with the cushioning device installation.All set,then begin to introduce and exhibit the composition ofthe device.Then in allusion to the selection of the rear wheel drive motors,traversing mechanism motor,elevating mechanism motor,and sti video system motor;3)Cushioning device obstacle-navigation performance analysis.In allusion to three typical obstacles:slope,preiection and scallop,test the trafficability of the device;4)Driving stability analysis.Create A,B,C grade 3D pavements and dynamic model in ADAMS/View,then analyze the specific effects of different pavement and speed on the platform,as to test the performance of cushioning device.
