Research On The Application Of BIM+VR Technology Based On Sustainability In The Design Of Residential Buildings

Digital technology is a big direction,which refers to digital integrated analysis technology,virtual simulation technology,three-dimensional visualization and other aspects.This paper studies the application of digital technology in architecture selectively according to the requirements of architectural sustainability.Firstly,according to the requirements of sustainability for energy conservation,environmental protection,human comfort and other aspects,this paper mainly focuses on the application of BIM in the architectural design stage,combined with the three-dimensional visual analysis of VR,puts forward the basic theoretical research of BIM + VR in the sustainable design.Secondly,in the third chapter,aiming at the application of digital technology software,the application software of BIM and VR is analyzed;aiming at the characteristics of sustainable design,the application of BIM +VR technology in each stage of scheme design is analyzed;aiming at the aspects of sustainable building scenery heat,etc.,the paper focuses on the analysis of Ecotect,Phoenix and designbuilder in the analysis of building performance.Thirdly,the fourth chapter of the article is the chapter of practice feedback,taking the actual residential project--Kedayuan Residence in Xunxian as an example,the application of digital technology.In the design stage,the digital technology has become a basis for designers to choose the horizontal scheme.In the early stage of site design and the middle stage of residential unit type selection,the performance analysis software in BIM is applied to analyze the acousto-optic heat of the building.According to these intuitive data analysis,the architect weighs the scheme.At the same time,VR 3D space experience strengthens the design principle of "people-oriented".With the help of digital technology,the designer makes a horizontal comparison of the scheme from the perspective of rationality and sensibility,so as to choose the sustainable design of the building.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and innovations in the design,and prospects the future development trend of sustainable design and digital technology.The application of the concept of sustainable design in the building will have some directional impact on the way of digital technology intervention,and digital technology in turn will improve the sustainability of the building,the relationshipbetween the two can be said to be complementary.Under the guidance of sustainable design,this paper studies and practices the application of BIM + VR in the digital technology center to verify the feasibility of applying digital technology to practical projects.
