| With the rapid development of electronic reconnaissance satellites,the positioning and tracking ability of targets can be effectively supported with the increase of the observation density of multi-radiation sources of different types of electronic reconnaissance satellites.There are many difficulties in fast estimation of multi-target course and speed and also in tracking and locating of maneuvering target.At the same time,as some electronic reconnasissance satellites can intercept AIS information,how to effectively use electronic reconnaissance and AIS information to provide better information is also an urgent problem to be solved.The main content of the thesis is as follows.First,in terms of radiation source heading and speed estimation,according to the location and time parameters of spaceborne target observation conditions,and then proposes a fast estimation method of heading speed based on intelligence,which is beneficial to analyze the motion law of the radiation source and provide more multidimensional information for electronic reconnaissance information.Then,in the aspect of multi-source electronic reconnaissance tracking and filtering,this question first analyzes the commonly used nonlinear filtering methods and points out the shortcomings.In order to adapt to the observation of existence angle,time difference,frequency difference and the estimation of heading and speed,a linear Kalman fiter comprehensive location tracking algorithm based on GMM representation is proposed.Through experimental verification,the algorithm can provide the estimation accuracy of the position of the radiation source,and at the same time,the speed information of the radiation source can be extracted with higher precision.At last,in the aspect of satellite electronic reconnaissance and AIS information track correlation,this paper first introduces the development,composition,content and working mode of AIS,and then proposes a fuzzy double threshold based trak association algorithm.Because the measurement accuracy of electronic reconnaissance and AIS is quite different,and the measured information contains the attribute information of the target,the method uses the basic principle of fuzzy reasoning to blur the position information and the respective attribute information to establish fuzzy,factor set,select appropriate membership function and weight,form fuzzy correlation matrix,and track correlation judgment through double threshold criterion.Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm is more accurate than the nearest neighbor method. |
