This thesis takes the construction and operation of CBS indoor water park as the object of study,and studies the schedule optimization.CBS indoor water amusement park is the annual constant temperature water amusement park.In order to ensure that the park can operate during the tourist season,the requirement of opening ahead of schedule has been put forward.It is necessary to optimize the schedule to shorten the existing time limit,and ensure that it can be opened during the peak season.This paper sorts out the follow-up problems caused by the compression of the time limit in the project,and puts forward some problems,such as schedule,winter construction,cost control,quality control and so on,and analyzes the causes of the problems.In view of the causes of the problem,network planning technology and critical route technology are adopted to track and control the progress,shorten the time limit for the project and meet the requirement of the compression of the time limit.In order to ensure the optimization of the key lines,the quality,cost and risk of the project can be controlled with the means of cost control,quality control and the application of BIM technology.Through the above means,the project schedule optimization is feasible.After the completion of the schedule optimization,the effect is analyzed,and the construction schedule,quality optimization,business conditions after opening are discussed respectively.By comparison,the overall duration of the project was shortened by 82 days,the quality problems were less than those of the similar parks,and the overall quality was better.At the same time,through the use of BIM technology,the possibility of interference collision was reduced,and a positive effect on the construction period was achieved.In terms of cost,there is a slight surplus from the full life cycle to meet the requirements of cost control.I hope that through the study of indoor water park schedule optimization,to enhance the progress of the construction of indoor projects in the north,reduce the impact of weather on project schedule,improve efficiency and create value.At the same time for similar projects to provide reference.
