As a crucial part of the bus operation system,bus schedule has a great impact on the operation effect of urban public transportation.In order to ensure that the different importance of each transferstation was taken into account in the preparation process,as well as taking into account both the fleet size and transfer time,this paper carries out corresponding optimization research on regional bus schedule.In order to obtain the basic passenger flow data needed for the study,this paper proposed a corresponding algorithm for identifying and judging passengers’ getting on or getting off stations and transfer passenger flow.For passengers’ getting on and getting off stations,this paper proposed the recognition algorithm of boarding station based on the limit of time interval and attraction intensity distribution.Furthermore,transfer recognition algorithm based on spatio-temporal constraints was proposed to identify the intersecting patterns of different routes.Acquired by combining with the basic information of the passenger flow data,put forward a comprehensive considering the factors such as distance,traffic and network topology structure of bus stops.The index was introduced into the regional bus timetable,then build the regional bus scheduling optimization model.In order to solve the fleet size optimization and minimize the transfer time at the same time,this article built the fleet size constraints in the model on the basis of the principle of deficit function,and put forward the three time points and the corresponding constraints,the original bi-level programming model find a solution for the single layer,the fleet size given by solving the optimal schedule scheme to obtain the best way to meet the conditions.On the basis of the schedule,the fleet size was further optimized based on the insertion requirement of the number of deadheading trips.In order to construct a complete operation plan,this paper proposea a bus chain construction method considering the accumulated running time,so as to construct a reasonable train task and complete the compilation of bus schedule.In order to validate the feasibility of the model,select the part of bus lines in Harbin has carried on the analysis,the results show that the effect was proposed in this paper based on the site area schedule optimization model for bus transfer to resource allocation to achieve higher part of the effect of node based on the goal,at the same time the introduction of the proposed fleet size constraints of the bi-level programming model achieve the feasibility of the algorithm.On the basis of meeting the basic passenger flow demand,the optimized bus schedule reduced the number of buses,built a reasonable bus chain,and formed a more reasonable operation plan.
