Research On Safety Education System For Construction Workers Based On Human Factors Engineering

The construction industry is an important sector of social industry structure,to ensure their safety is an important prerequisite for the healthy development of the national economy stable,although the year-on-year data safety accidents every year at this stage of construction industry in our country are reduced to some extent,but the overall construction safety situation is not optimistic.With the mechanization level steadily,the level of knowledge and skills of the participants also increased safety in the construction industry,to carry out safety education work effectively is reduced from the source of effective way of safety accident probability and improve safety production of construction of a state.In this thesis,the construction safety management and construction enterprise safety education present situation as the background analysis,the deep reasons of mining construction safety situation is not clear,carry out safety education can effectively improve the construction safety production status.Human factors engineering make people work more effective,safer and more comfortable the basic concept has been widely used in many fields,the construction of people because of the construction personnel safety education system engineering related programming software using the basic theory,combined with the example of the effects of the safety education for validation and improvement of the thesis are as follows the frame:First of all,the reference and study of a large number of construction and safety education and for literature and information relating to the project,the construction personnel safety education status of our country,analyzed and summed up its shortcomings,combined with ergonomics comprehensive analysis of people-machine-environment characteristics and its development and application in safety management of related fields.The analysis for the feasibility and advantage of engineering applied to safety education system.Secondly,through the analysis of the safety of the existing building industry education and relevant norms,because the relevant theoretical knowledge of engineering combined with the characteristics of construction workers and the people who were determined by the function of construction personnel safety education system based on the project,including archives information management,knowledge and skills training,assessment and feedback etc.the three part then the use of Dreamweaver,Visual;Studio programming software programming design of safety education system.Finally,with an example of safety education system analysis,constructs the evaluation index the effect of safety education by using CIPP evaluation model,verified by experimental data analysis,the data were analyzed using SPSS software.According to the results of the validation analysis,the author puts forward two measures to improve the safety education system,which are "improving safety knowledge and skills" and "continuing education of safety knowledge".In summary,this study is based on the relevant provisions of the construction enterprise safety education,combined with ergonomics theory to construct a more human construction personnel safety education system,this system can enhance the effect of students validated learning enthusiasm,strengthen the safety education,and enhance the safety state of the construction enterprise as a whole,provides a new idea and human factors engineering combining the safety of construction personnel to enhance education effect.
