Research On The Remote Monitoring And Testing System For Operating Reliability Test Of Truck Crane

Construction machinery industry is an important support of national economic growth and plays an important role in the equipment manufacturing industry. The automobile lifting machinery industry is one of the important fields of construction machinery industry. Reliability test is one of the important ways to improve the quality of automobile crane, but the way of the test is simple, the cost is high, the test also need large labor intensity with great danger, the scientific nature, rigor and traceability of the test should be improved. So we urgently need a kind of remote monitoring system to monitor the operation reliability test of truck crane and collect test data remotely, in order to reduce the labor intensity, improve the security of the test promote the scientific, rigorous and traceability of the work reliability test.In this paper, the reliability test of truck crane is studied as the research object, it develops a reliability test of truck crane remote monitoring system based on Zig Bee?3G and other wireless communication technology. The system is mainly composed of three parts, which are information collection, processing system, 3G transmission network and remote monitoring system. Wireless data acquisition and data processing are mainly used with Zig Bee; the test site acquisition and processing information are transmissed by 3G mobile communication system. The paper develops the remote monitoring system platform by Lab Windows/CVI interactive C language to achieve remote monitoring functions. The main contents of the research as follow: studied the demand analysis and the overall plan design for the reliability of the automobile crane, studied the equipment design and the reliability test of the detection method, developed the remote monitoring system based on Lab Windows/CVI platform, verified the results of the project.The result of the research shows that: The function of this system can meet the requirements of the remote monitoring of the reliability test of the automobile crane operation, and it has the benefits such as: simple installation, easy operation, friendly system interface, correct communication, good system reliability and so on. It makes the traceability of test data come true, improved the test's scientificity, strictness and impartiality. What's more, it reduces the labor intensity and test cost of the test personnel.
