| This paper is based on "reduce X Company crane hydraulic system early failure andexternal feedback rate ". By the extensive research on related literature and theory of thehydraulic pollution control at home and abroad, this paper make the crane hydraulic systemstarget cleanliness level NAS10to ensure the pollution tolerance of the key hydrauliccomponents and oil pollution to achieve a reasonable balance as well as ensure the life andreliability of the components.Secondly, this paper analys the current situation of the crane hydraulic contaminationthrough on-site research, oil detection and pollutant analysis methods. The results show thatthe pollution of the crane hydraulic system is one of the important reasons result in thepremature failure of the hydraulic components.The Solid particles in hydraulic system is themost common and harmful pollution sources. Therefore taking effective measures to removethe solid particles in the oil pollution, is an important aspect of hydraulic system pollutioncontrol.Finally, from the technology and enterprise management perspective, this paper putsforward the crane hydraulic system pollution control. In order to effectively control the cranehydraulic system pollution,we need to take the following measures:(1) Clean thecomponents and systems before assembly to remove residual contaminant in all kinds ofmachining and assembly process;(2) Take measures to prevent pollutants into system,controlling invasion of pollutants from the environment, including welding processimprovement and storage environment improvement, etc.;(3) On the improvement of the Oilsampling method and oil filter technology, introducing the bypass filter system, we cangreatly filter out the particle pollution inside the system, so as to improve the cleanliness ofthe hydraulic system;(4) Strengthen the incoming inspection of hydraulic componentssupplier, verify the Supplier cleanliness control means,participate in the hydraulic componentcleanliness management of the supplier production process etc.Theory with practice, this article takes hydraulic system pollution control measures tomake sure the hydraulic medium pollution to the range of the key components of hydraulicmedium can bear, reduce pollution and wear, prevent sudden failure, to improve the workreliability and service life of the crane hydraulic system. |
