Development Of Remote Monitoring System For Tower Crane Addition Or Subtraction Standard Section Based On OSA-CBM

The process of addition or subtraction standard section of tower cranes(referred as Taji)is a stage that the accident rate is relatively high.Remote monitoring of them is one of the effective ways to reduce the safety accident rate.The achievements of our team in tower crane safety monitoring are summarized.According to the characteristics of tower crane addition or subtraction standard section process(TCASSSP),the remote monitoring prototype system based on OSA-CBM(Open System Architecture Condition-BasedMaintenance)system framework was built.The main researches are as follows:(1)A safety feature model for TCASSSP was established.Taking the trajectory of the top of the tower as the feature sign of TCASSSP,the security margin of the tower crane in TCASSSP was defined as a long rectangle(D_s).(2)A prototype of TCASSSP remote monitoring system based on the OSA-CBM was set up.Combined with the characteristics of TCASSSP and monitoring requirements,the prototype system based on OSA-CBM was built in Visual Studio 2010.(3)The tower crane dynamics differential equation was constructed.According to the structural features and the force conditions of TCASSSP,the dynamics differential equation of TCASSS and the static mechanics model were established.(4)The project of TCASSSP with Safety and Intelligence System was financially by Power China Nuclear Engineering Company Limited and the remote monitoring system was applied to the project,thatverified the effectiveness of the remote monitoring system of TCASSSP based on OSA-CBM.In a word,based on the research on the top angle characteristics of tower crane tower,the advantages and characteristics of OSA-CBM,the actual situation of TCASSSP,The prototype system of TCASSSP based on OSA-CBM was built.
