Green building is a product with the development of social progress, science and technology development and the idea of sustainable development. Green building advocates harmonious coexistence with nature, to provide healthy and comfortable space for the use of low energy consumption, high efficiency characteristics. At present, the development of green building in China is still in the early stages of traditional CAD technology and conventional design mode is not enough to meet the requirements of green building design, lead to the design of green building quality is guaranteed, which seriously hindered the development of green building highly efficient and stable. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to study how to apply the new technology and new theory in the quality management of green building design, and to improve the quality level and efficiency of green building design.The technology of building information model(Building Information Modeling, BIM) there is a revolution in the field of architecture, information characteristics using digital way to express the building geometry, physical and functional integration, to achieve the various stages of construction projects and information sharing, provide support and collaboration platform participatory technology, method and process for this construction project.This paper uses the construction engineering quality management theory to evaluate the design quality management of green building and its design quality research, analysis of the factors influencing the quality of the green building design, the application of BIM technology and green building design and design quality management combination of green architectural design quality management on the use of BIM technology for the preliminary study.First of all, the use of construction quality management theory to define the related concepts, and expounds the theory of green building and the concept of BIM and its technical characteristics.Secondly, by analyzing the present situation and the development of green building design quality problems in engineering quality management based on the theory analysis summed up the main influencing factors of green building design quality, and according to these factors, combing the construct of green building design quality management mode.Then, BIM technology in the green building design in quality management and suitability in green building design in the specific application mode and method through research and analysis of green building design quality management organizational structure and design process are improved, and summarizes the importance of creating BIM standard design quality management with BIM technique.Then, based on the analysis of the objectives and characteristics of the quality evaluation of the green building design, the paper discusses the content of the green building design quality evaluation based on BIM technology. The quality control evaluation model of green building design based on BIM technology is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, this paper combined with the actual case evaluation model for calculation and analysis and verification, the final results of the study show that the application of BIM technology can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of design of green building, green building design quality management based on BIM technology and advanced to definite effect on. |
