Energy shortages and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent. But the people put forward higher requirements to the living environment. So we must be more emphasis on the development of green building technologies. The green building has advantage in land using, energy saving, water saving and material saving, but this "green" is not a general sense of three-dimensional green, roof garden, or a kind of color, it means harmless marks, environmental protection.In order to realize the sustainable development of economic and social, the promotion and development of green building has become an important issue in the field of learning and practice. So exploration of regional architectural projects to achieve the goal of green building is an important issue. The Yantai region which located in the east of Shandong peninsula has a long coastline,Studying of green building suitability technology in the region not only helps to solve the region development related issues encountered by the green building, but also for other coastal areas to develop green building provide support for the theory.The paper mainly uses literature research analysis and research the domestic theoretical research present situation to find the breakthrough point of the res earch problem. The article uses comparative analysis and case method analysis to study the YTB basic situation of the engineering quality inspection research center and basic policy environment background of project green building goals. The article uses comparative analysis method and case study method to analyze the basic overview of YTB Engineering Quality Inspection Center for scientific research projects and green building objectives of the project to make the basic policy environment in the background and project, and the Yantai area of green building project management by objectives influence factors research, found that construction to achieve green building goals needed technical design content and safeguard measures to realize green building management by objectives. This paper analyzes the management of green building objectives of the YTB project, which is based on the project target location, technical principle, the design content and the goal management on the basis of the actual case in Yantai.Based on the Yantai area actual cases, the paper discusses the project target, the technical principle,the target management design content and the target management safeguard measures for the implementation of the green building management of the YTB project. This paper analyzes the key points of green building goals and explores the implementation method of green building. The solution to realize the two star goal of green building is given, and the safeguard measures of the green building’s goal is obtained. It provides a reference for the feasibility of region green building and the target management of green building.
