In the life cycle of a industrial park,the core issues of green building technology application are how to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of resources,reduce environmental pollution during construction and operation and improving the quality of indoor and outdoor environment.Affected by the cost of investment,there is a common problem in the application of green building technology in many industrial park projects.That is,the Green building design mark is easy to obtain,but the operation logo is relatively difficult to obtain.The systematic and holistic green building technology in design can not be fully realized in construction and operation,so the project not only failed to achieve the expected energy saving targets,but also caused too many ineffective costs.According to the concrete project of Springfield Industrial Park in Dalian,this paper uses the method of investigation,multi-professional synthesis and summary and induction to discuss the excellent experience and shortcomings of the green building technology application in Springfield Industrial Park.I made a detailed analysis of all kinds of green building techniques used in spring field industrial park,mainly from the perspective of ground and outdoor environment,energy saving and energy utilization,water saving and water resources utilization,material saving and material utilization and indoor environmental quality control.Aiming at these application technologies,this paper pointed out the problems existing in the design and construction process,and gave the corresponding solutions.Through the analysis of the green building technology used in Springfield Industrial Park,and through the summary of the incremental cost produced by these green building technologies,it is found that the suitable and reasonable green building technology will not increase the great incremental cost,and will save a lot of operation cost through the measures of energy saving and water saving in the operation stage.From the perspective of design management,the construction achievements,technical indexes and costs of the project are compared and analyzed,and the standardization proposals for the construction of industrial parks are summarized and put forward.Through the analysis,comparison,assessment and summary of Springfield Industrial Park,it is hoped that it will provide scientific basis and technical reference for the future construction of industrial parks using green building technology in Dalian and even the entire Northeast region.According to the concrete project of Springfield Industrial Park in Dalian,the green building technology adopted in the design and construction process is introduced in detail.
