Research On Quality Management Of Green Building Based On Integration Design Mode

With the development of economic, the demand of building design andconstruction requirements also improve, lead to a result that in the demand of designaesthetics and structure form also improve. It is difficult to satisfy the requirement ofthe new building construction for the restriction of traditional design pattern to thenew building, so it is the development trend of architectural design that develop greenbuilding, improve the efficiency of building design and reduce the building energyconsumption.It is fit the development trend of our country building that low energyconsumption and high efficiency of green building. Currently the working mode inour country used by the architectural design industry commonly has seriouslyhindered the efficient and stable development of green building, and the designpatterns and design thinking has severely restricted the application of green buildingdesign in the process of professional technology, which affects the efficiency of thedesign process and goal.The green building design process was studied in this article, and vied theintegration design mode which is successful as the research object, with the aim tooptimize the design quality, at last the integration of green building design patternquality control model is put forward. Firstly, the summary to the status quo anddevelopment of architectural design was carried out in this article, and the advantagesand disadvantages were point out. Then the design characteristics, principles andmethods of the quality control were put forward. At last the quality evaluation systemfor quality control of various influence factors is optimized and discussed. Finally,expound to integration of an example of succeed construction comprehensively ofdesign patterns in this paper presents for is discussed.Finally, summarize is made in the paper, and points out that the design processof the green building unified management is needed in all directions. Improving thedesign efficiency and ensuring the design quality are the fundamental purpose andrequirement of integration of design patterns, also the direction of optimize andimprove to the green buildings is needed.
