Research On Materialand Construction Quality Management Of Green Residential Building In Bandaolongting Residence

In 2013,General Office of the State Council issued a "Green Building Action Program",which means the development of green building has been evolved to national-level strategy.In the same year,the Shandong provincial government introduced relevant policies,and listed building energy efficiency in building as an important indicator of the government’s energy conservation efforts.How to implement the construction concepts-“green,science and technology,humanity”into practice and how to improve the traditional management method of construction quality become the serious problems.Penglai is one of the cities to practice green building project.Penglai government started from popularizing the residential concept of environmental protection and ecological harmony and then the related building organizations were required to introduce new concepts of building design,to achieve the innovations of technology,to adapt the new management method of construction process.Penglai Peninsula Longting community ’s construction was listed as the key project of green building by its construction management department in order to set the successful example for other cities.This thesis used the construction of Peninsula Longting Community as an example through the method of literature review and field survey and then summarized the experience of quality management during the green building construction process on the basic of widely reading the study achievements at home and abroad.From the perspective of the construction government to achieve the goal of green building,this thesis analyzed the common problems and some work points of building material and construction quality,investigated the quality management to achieve the green building and energy conservation,designed construction management measures of quality management for Peninsula Longting Community.This thesis mostly consists of these parts.First,the whole management theory system of green building are studied,which is built in combination with rules and standards relevant,by combing with the key indicator and work experiences of Peninsula Longting Community’s quality management,the core content of green building quality management of Peninsula Longting Community are materialsquality management and construction quality management.Secondly,the key materials which largely influence the quality management of green building are analyzed,and then the management methods are put forward to guarantee the quality of key materials before and during the construction.Thirdly,combining with the construction requirements of green building,this thesis analyzed the related management measures during building construction and studied the management problems on electricity consumption,safety and environmental protection in Peninsula Longting Community.Through the research,the thesis drew the following conclusion:making materials quality management and construction quality management the core content of the green buildings’ quality management of Peninsula Longting Community,and using the materials that were related to the key indicator system of green buildings’ quality management closely,such as,cement,rebar,dinas,water-proof membrane,building blocks,concrete to improve the qualities of key materials before and during the construction progress and to reinforce the management of green buildings’ quality.In addition,improvement measures about quality management of green materials in Peninsula Longting Community have been proposed.Moreover,in response to guaranteeing green construction to create green building,the author analyzes electricity consumption management in Peninsula Longting Community in the field of power control during building constructions in the hope of managing this project from aspects of safety and environmental protection.Finally,if quality problems have appeared during constructions,green building would “change color”,triggering problems such as the reduction of effects in use,the higher energy consumption and destruction of environment in the life cycle of buildings and cost of maintenance of these quality problems would be extremely high.So attention must be paid to construction process in quality management of green building.In the process,materials for green building must also be highlighted in addition to quality management mentioned above.Improvement of the materials’ purchasing line and establishment of a sophisticated data base about suppliers share the same importance with scientific sampling inspection for materials.Normal standard and strict system are necessities to decrease problems to none in the whole construction process.
