The Research Of Green Decoration And Application Based On BIM Technology

Building decoration industry as a high energy consumption and high emissions of traditional industries, resulting in toxic paints and coatings, waste and waste water in the course of its construction with the noise and dust also cause some environmental pollution.Even after the end of construction, pre-renovation materials will lead to the inappropriate choice of follow-up series of problems, such as a large amount such as formaldehyde,benzene, carbon dioxide, ammonia and other harmful gases, has become a huge risk to human health and safety. With economic development, the indoor environment as people work and live the most important place to protect the environment and healthy living concept has gained. In addition to taking external green construction technology in general,people pay more attention to selecting green decoration materials. Only the green decoration materials and green construction methods closely integrated, in order to achieve real green renovation, providing people with green and healthy, comfortable and cozy place to live and work.In this paper, according to a series of related to the related literature of the concept of green, finally it is concluded that this paper's point of view. Through the whole life cycle of the whole building of parsing, to some excerpts from the green decoration alone,decoration engineering as a separate component project, it can be divided into decision-making, design, construction, operation, and four stages. In these four stages, we introduced the BIM computer aided management system, through this new technology to the whole project time synchronization management, material and construction, to provide reliable construction decoration project plan, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction and environmental protection purposes. Paper studied the whole life cycle of green building, decoration engineering and the relationship between the BIM, and put forward the BIM application strategy, hope for the green decoration practice and provide a scientific reference for the related studies, in order to realize the construction of healthy and sustainable development goals.
