Since twenty-first Century,the rapid development of human society and economy,city construction scale change rapidly,the building has become an important part of the modern city form,however,with in the process of building energy consumption,environmental pollution problems also emerge in an endless stream,how to primary problem that is placed in the current process of history.In this context,the "green building" be imperative,across the frontiers of science and research hotspot in the field of architecture,you'll find out the whole life cycle of project management and green building has more "willful".Green building with many advantages,has become a new popular navigation future architecture,and its related theory because its have farsightedness becomes more and more brilliant in management system.In view of this,this paper fully combined with the reality of domestic project management,after carefully studying relevant theories in reference of Chinese and foreign scholars,firstly expounds the connotation and characteristics of green building,put forward innovative total life cycle and management of green construction theory is introduced into the field of green building research.Then focuses on the design,construction and use of stage of research,mainly to optimize the selection and definition of indicators,quantitative describe the nonlinear relationship between the various indicators of different stages,and then use multi attribute utility function,value engineering and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to construct the mathematical model,through computer programming,so as to realize in advance,and after the whole process of green building to enhance the management of the entire life cycle dynamic.Finally,this paper combines a concrete construction case,comprehensive optimization of time and function model of the green building cost,verify,prove its excellent scientific and practical.Through the above research,this article from the "time axis" and "index axes" green building multi stage,multi objective optimization project management system,is not only beneficial to improve the efficiency of the whole life cycle of project management and accuracy,but also can provide valuable experience and data for seeking high standards of new construction,a certain ability in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of green building,to provide theoretical support and practical guidance and powerful in promoting national economic construction and ecological construction.
