In recent years,with the accelerating pace of the integration of urban and rural construction in China,environmental pollution and energy consumption in the construction industry have gradually been paid attention.The concept of sustainability represented by green buildings is becoming a new upsurge in the development of China's construction industry.Architectural decoration is an integral part of the construction project.Under the guidance of the concept of green building,it has gradually become a new direction for the development of the decoration industry.However,in the decoration project,due to the large amount of information,the impact of environmental quality,the difficulty of building performance,and the lack of effective green design specifications and standards guidance,it has become an urgent problems to be solved to how to adopt scientific and effective guidance under the concept of green building.Therefore,there are important theoretical value and practical significance to conduct research and discussion on information performance design methods,green degree assessment and prediction for architectural decoration,in view of the current status and insufficiency of the green development of Chinese current architectural decoration industry,combining the domestic and international green building design and evaluation methods.This paper proposes the idea and method of evaluating and predicting green degree of architectural decoration design,a method based on information,based on theoretical analysis,questionnaires,model construction,and mathematical calculations,in the view of low level of informatization of engineering design and decoration industry in China,weak performance in the stage of building decoration,and lack of relevant evaluation system.The main research work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)Combining the life cycle process of building decoration projects,the impacted factors of building environment were analyzed,such as project design,material selection,construction technology,environmental impacts and so on.And it provided a theoretical basis for the evaluation of green degree of architectural decoration,according to the comparison of environmental assessment,indoor indicators and health building standards.From the aspects of energy consumption and energy data,material resources,indoor environmental quality,site and space utilization,etc.,the framework of the building decoration evaluation system is constructed,which is the green decoration of the building decoration.The evaluation provides a theoretical basis.(2)Based on the comparison of the serial process design mode and the integrated collaborative design mode,the design ideas and principles of informational performance for architectural are proposed for the first time,and the content of the decorative design model,work flows and steps were analyzed,according to the characteristics and requirements of informational performance design,as well as technical support measures and methods for informatization design.(3)It researched the correlation of data information logic for the first time on the decorative design performance of information data,from the space,parts,components,materials,products and other aspects of the classification.Based on the design of the information structure of the data,it described the data information expression method from the design information(components,materials,geometry,properties and equipment,etc.)and performance environment.And the classification and storage method of the decoration model information data was proposed combined with the information model data structure and collection method analysis.(4)The relationship between design information data and evaluation system was combined for the first time according to the requirements of model data information management and evaluation and decision-making system.Based on the analysis of XML data analysis,IFC standard and JSON data exchange,the establishment of a quantitative calculation relationship has been realized.Two kinds of semi-structured data,design data and performance evaluation data,were integrated and stored in attributes in the format.And the lack of design data and changes were effectively controlled through the information data flow model of system design and function design.And it realized the effective interoperability of design information and evaluation system from time to time.(5)Based on the comparison and screening of the existing green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,the green degree evaluation model of the decoration was determined,and the index system of the evaluation of green degree of decoration was established from the aspects of environmental quality and construction load.And based on the questionnaire on the basis of the analysis of the level,the indicator system weights for green degree evaluation and the calculation structure for grading indicators were determined,and the idea of green grading was proposed.(6)Aiming at the content of green degree evaluation system for building decoration,the optimization flow of building decoration green degree was analyzed based on Bayesian network mode.Combined with Bayesian network inverse calculation,a building decoration was proposed.The prediction method of the green degree evaluation index was proposed.The dynamic prediction method and evolution trend of the green evaluation of building decoration were analyzed.At the same time,combined with the actual project cases,the feasibility of green degree evaluation and prediction based on the architectural decoration and decoration performance design was verified.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of building decoration design,environment,materials,craftsmanship and evaluation,combines the needs of building information and performance analysis.It put forward the process and means of information design of building decoration,and built a design model based on data information and green rating information circulation model.Based on the comparison and research of green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,a green degree evaluation system,indicators and calculation structures for building decoration were constructed.In combination with the Bayesian network model,a prediction method for greenness was proposed,which was a green design and evaluation for building decoration.This paper provided a new ideas and it has a certain theoretical value.Combining with actual case,the empirical analysis was carried out on the proposed performance design and green degree evaluation forecast model,which provided reference for solving the green design and evaluation problems of architectural decoration.
