Urban Youth Small Apartment Complex Residential Interior Design Space Exploration

As the further development of urbanization,more and more university graduates Choose stay in urban for future employment.The housing problem is the first priority for those youth people to solve.At present Chinese residence housing construction development is transformed from extensive to intensive orientation.Residence housing quality is more weighted than quantity gradually.The most popular and competitive product is the small unit condo on Chinese real estate market,which has the inseparable relationship with urban youth rigid housing demand.Base on the small duplex condo,how build a high quality and comfortable environmental for urban youth group to take the advantage for the limited space and meet their housing needs is the key point for this research.This thesis chooses urban youth groups as research object,especially the generation after 80?s,90?s.Base on the analysis result about theirpsychological characteristics,growth of environment,life style,development present situation,consumption idea and other related topics as a basis to guide of the interior design for the small unit condo.Based on the basic characteristics of the small unit condo,overlap and compound design the relevant function spaces to share multiple functions within the limited space.Through the analysis of the resident?s physical and psychic feeling and the size of the furniture,giving out vagueness,flexibility and versatility as the compatible space designmethodology for small unit condo.In order to set a foundation for the urban youth small duplex condo space development.
