Study On The Interior Design Of Urban Youth Small Huxing Residence

In the current Chinese real estate market, the most competitive and strong sales is still sm all apartment. The main buyers are young people. Now the real estate market is in a weak peri od.With the house’s value-added premium space getting smaller and smaller, more and more b uyers focus on the quality of the house. Good size and quality park landscape have been imita ted and learned by the major real estate developers. It is a problem in relation to the survival o f residential real estate business,how to stand out and conquer the market in best apartment, b eautiful views and fully furnished aspects. Tailoring to meet their living and r quality require ment for urban youth home buyers, increasing the added value of the house,that can actively g uide potential customers to promote sales from the interior space of the functional design and decor point of view. The main problem of this research is to meet the housing needs of the yo uth group, make full use of the limited space, and improve young occupant’s comfort.This thesis bases on the personality characteristics of urban youth groups, exploring their living demands, and put forward some suitable design principles of small apartment for the urban youth according to these actual demands. Combining with the human engineering mechanics and the national requirements about the residential area, the thesis puts forward the basic requirements on the dimensions of a small apartment’s each functional area’s space such as bedroom, dining room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, etc. Reasonable division and refined function of the various functional areas, the thesis works out a rational distribution of space, so as to arrive at a design conclusion:Area division should be prepared to flexible design, to make full use of each functional area with the premise of ensuring the living standard. The spatial layout should be fully weighed the proportion and division between private space and public space, and reasonably arranged the storage space. The decor, should be both decorative and practical, simple and fashionable. Finally, the thesis brings forward some views and ideas about the design of each functional area, organically integrate the creative philosophy of free space, modern intelligent philosophy, and the ecological philosophy of sustainable development into the design, striving to design a satisfying work to match the urban youth’s characteristics.
