Studies On Youth Residence Design With The Residential Mode

With the rapid process of urbanization, the house types of our country have changed rapidly, which lead the development of residents to an area of standardization and diversification. With the technology has moved on, our people’s lifestyle has changed gradually. Young people play important roles in our society as the reason that they are the main work force and consumer group in our country. However, the government doesn’t pay any attention about the resolution policy which aims at urban group of young employees. Some new vocabulary such as “Dwelling narrowness”, “Live as ants” mean that there are amount of problems about the living pattern of youth: The high living cost as well as the excessively high price of houses, the mental gap between ideal living environment and realistic home, and the impact of youth’s updated thinking to the old views which accepted by the society, ect.. In terms of solving the living problem of youth, we need to comprehend the young people’s thoughts and understand their living behavior.This paper research the design of youth residents which on the basis of youth residential behavior. Finding an appropriate youth living mode by analyzing their views and values and variety of housing demands is this paper’s purpose.Firstly, in terms of understanding the relationship between inhabitant’s living pattern and residence, we have to review the domestic and foreign existing research results and survey analysis as well as the history of our country’s development of residents. Secondly, finding young people’s social group needs by means of investigating and searching their style of working and living, and effect of the social environment. Finally, based on the analysis, drawing and design, the spatial patterns of small youth apartments is classified and designed, then put forward relevant proposals. By the reason of some differences among youth individuals, the research starts from the general character to develop some relevant proposals.
