| As China’s comprehensive national strength continues to rise,especially after we entered the new century,China’s national economy maintains rapid growth.The scale of production of all walks of life has been gradually expanded.And this scale drives the rapid development of equipment installation and construction.Equipment installation is the basis of all enterprise production and management activities.And it is the prerequisite for the smooth production.The installation of the equipment is the key factor for the installation work in the construction safety problem.So the construction safety problem is particularly important.In this paper,the construction safety risk management of SG company is the research object.And we will do the research from the process of equipment installation engineering construction safety risk management and from the risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response.And we will use the hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM for short),from personnel,equipment,technology,environment,management and other aspects of the SG company water cooling air conditioning construction project safety risk control research,using expert interviews and questionnaire survey of the elements of the project construction safety risk management,and gives the SG company water cooling air conditioning construction project security risk management more significant 153 risk factors.On the basis of the use of operation conditions risk assessment method(likelihood,exposure,consequence,LEC for short)in the form of a questionnaire on the 153 risk factors of SG company water cooling air conditioning construction project,and then project safety risk factors were extracted and summarized,and the key risk factors of the project.In the risk management of project security risk,the main risk of the problem,design a reasonable response measures,provides a guarantee to the SG company water cooling air conditioning construction project security risk management. |
