The Evaluation Factors Of Longkou Port Production Safety

With the continuous development of China's social economy and the continuous expansion of the shipping industry, there is a growing demand for ports to carry goods,the Port has become an important strategic resource to support the development of national economy and China's participation in the process of global economic integration . Due to the complexity and high continuity of port production, there are many unsafe factors in port production. Because of poor safety management, it is often seen casualties, mechanical damage, environmental damage and other types of accidents .In 2015, The explosion accident in Tianjin port has brought about a new round of understanding of the importance of safety production in the port logistics park.How to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the safety of the port production operations become a more important issue for the leaders of Longkou Port.The purpose of this study is based on analysis of the causes of Longkou port production accidents, by using quantitative and qualitative methods, find out the influence degree of these reasons of Longkou port safety production, and to take measures to minimize production accidents in the future.This paper sums up the existing problems in the current management mode of Longkou port in the past two years, The cause of the accident is analyzed qualitatively,and sums up the five factors and simple evaluation. Then,a mathematical model is established to evaluate these factors quantitatively, the most influential factor is the human factor. Aiming at this factors, it is urgent to solve the problems of how to improve the quality of the staff and optimize the management system in Longkou Port.This paper briefly introduces some measures and a working plan to be taken to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
