In the context of the Healthy City construction,shaping a healthy living environment can reduce the risk of accidental injury.Studying the influencing factors of traffic accidents has become one of the important topics.Traffic accidents are an important cause of disability and death in China and even in the world.With the continuous increase of car ownership,road traffic safety has become an invisible killer that hinders the health of urban residents.China's insufficient effectiveness traffic law and traffic environment contradictions,make the number of deaths from non-motor vehicle accidents and pedestrian accidents in China continue to grow.In addition,with the street design deeply rooted in people's minds,the street security strategy can promote the relationship between the main actors of traffic behavior,encourage walking and cycling,encourage the widespread use of public green transportation,and bring positive and positive living,living,entertainment and other lifestyles.influences.Combing the study of street space and focus on street safety,find that the research samples are few and the street research is mostly qualitative research;combing the research on the influencing factors of traffic accidents and the impact mechanism,and focusing on the street scale,and discovering the existing research factors of influencing factors For macroscopic plots,the lack of research on street scales,even if the research unit is reduced to the road,also emphasizes the traffic function of the street,ignoring the essential difference between "street" and "road".Based on the above research background and research questions,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of traffic accidents on the street scale of the main city of Wuhan.Descriptive analysis was carried out from three levels: time,weather and space:(1)At the time level,the time characteristics of traffic accident work days,months and seasons were analyzed;(2)At the weather level,traffic accidents and precipitation were discussed.(3)At the spatial level,follow the logic of "point-line-panel" to analyze the distribution of traffic accident points,the distribution of high-incidence streets and the distribution of high-incidence areas.Through the multiple linear regression and spatial autocorrelation analysis,the traffic accidents have both randomness and suddenness,as well as the overall characteristics of correlation and regularity.Secondly,the influencing factors of street traffic accidents in the main city of Wuhan are analyzed.This paper selects the traffic risk rate(Crash risk)as the dependent variable,and constructs the index system of the influencing factors centering on social and economic characteristics,street basic conditions,facility accessibility and surrounding land use characteristics,and uses space from the overall level and type of the street.Error models and multiple linear regressions determine significant impact factors and make possible explanations.Among them,the type of Wuhan street is the numerical value of the function of “set static POI and dynamic flow of people” as a measure of the function of the place.The “roadway” is used as a measure of the “fast,primary,secondary and branch” traffic function of the city.Indicators,through the two-dimensional matrix of site functions and traffic functions,divide Wuhan streets into traffic-oriented streets,landscape leisure streets,residential streets,non-residential streets,integrated service streets,living service streets,and historical characteristic streets.Through the analysis of influencing factors,it is concluded that at the overall level,there is a certain relationship between traffic accidents and economic characteristics.The higher the economic level(price as its proxy variable),the greater the probability of accidents;and the street environment,especially the road form.Traffic accidents have a close relationship;in terms of facility proximity,public transportation facilities are suitable for approaching,entertainment facilities are suitable for remote setting,and daily activities facilities need to be reasonably set far and near;in terms of land characteristics,green areas and municipal land use and other positive factors It is more significant.At the type level,the traffic-oriented streets are mainly related to “road crossings and public transportation facilities layout”.The integrated service street is mainly related to “mixing of land and transportation organization”,and the main street of living services is mainly “life entertainment facilities and bus travel choices”.Relevant,landscape leisure streets are mainly related to “visual feelings and shaped intersections”.Residential streets are mainly related to “entertainment facilities and travel choices”.Nonresidential streets are mainly related to “construction level and resident activities”,and historical features are mainly related to “ Road bearing and space organization sharing are related.Then,according to the analysis of the influencing factors of street traffic accidents,the traffic risk rate(Crash risk)is selected as the dependent variable,and the index system of influencing factors centering on social and economic characteristics,street basic conditions,facility accessibility and surrounding land use characteristics is constructed.At the overall level of Wuhan Street,Geoda software was used to judge the significant impact factors and make possible explanations through the spatial error model.At the Wuhan street type level,multiple linear regression was used to judge the significant impact factors and to deal with various types of street accidents.The reason for making a possible explanation.Finally,from the four aspects of "social and economic characteristics,street basic conditions,facility accessibility and surrounding land use",the following discussion strategies are proposed: optimizing road traffic organizations with road junctions as the core.Promote the street beautification project with visual comfort and full-time safety as the demand,promote the green travel mode preferred by subway and bus behavior,reconstruct the facility layout with the safety distance of the facility street as the index,and promote the design of functional shared space.For the reorganization of the street space of the means,the urban green space project with the construction of street gardens and community parks is encouraged to promote the whole land upgrade oriented by land use mix.
