The prefabricated modular hollow floor is a new kind of assembled floor structure,which is made up of one prefabricated modular hollow floor and supporting beams.The prefabricated modular hollow floor is composed of four parts,the baseplate component,the faceplate component,the shear connector and the edge sealing plate.Besides characteristics such as reasonable force,material saving,sound insulation and heat insulation and so on,high hollow rate,high floor assembly rate and dry operation are the unique advantages of the floor system.The prefabricated modular hollow floor system is a new type of floor structure proposed by Hubei Dacheng Space Technologies Co.,Ltd.At present,the mechanical performance and design theory of the floor system have not been systematically studied theoretically and experimentally.Entrusted by Hubei Dacheng Space Technologies Co.,Ltd,the paper studied the mechanical performance of the prefabricated modular hollow floor under vertical load,providing theoretical basis for the structural design and engineering application of the floor system.This study is divided into five parts:In the first chapter,the research status of the assembly floor is expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of assembly floor are summarized.The new type of floor system is presented,and its advantages and research significance are introduced.In the second chapter,the structural characteristics of each unit of the prefabricated modular hollow floor are studied and discussed.The construction technology flow of shear connector and the prefabricated modular hollow floor are introduced in detail.The third chapter built the mechanical mathematical models based on the analytical solution and put forward the basic assumptions according to the structure and characteristics of the prefabricated modular hollow floor system,obtained the plane stiffness of upper and lower surface laminates and the equivalent shear stiffness of shear connector.By using the method of sandwich plate,the prefabricated modular hollow floor is considered as a orthotropic sandwich plate。The basic differential equations of three generalized displacements are established according to elastic theory,and we get the deflection and bending moment of the floor under simply supported boundary conditions by using Trigonometric series.The fourth chapter established the finite element model of the prefabricated modular hollow floor structure,analyzed the mechanical performance of the floor under different parameter conditions,discussed the effect of span,load and the number of holes on deflection,the concrete and the reinforcement stress of the floor.The error between analytic solutions and finite element calculation was show,and the cause of the error was analyzed.The fifth chapter analyses geometric parameters which influence internal force and deformation of the prefabricated modular hollow floor,and gets influence of thickness,the narrowest width of shear keys and thickness of uppers and lower laminate on hollow ratio,the maximum principal stress of the concrete and deflection of the key points.
