Quality Management System On The Modern Tram Project

Modern trams in Europe has matured development over a hundred years.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization process in China,modern trams in China also set off a wave of large-scale construction.But as a urban rail transit system operators which is constructing and operating in the existing road pavement,modern trams having a certain degree of particularity,compared to traditional independent right of way subway,light rail and other rail traffic.There lacks the appropriate standard in the quality control aspect of modern streetcar project,specification or guidance in China.So the research and analysis on the quality management system of modern trams project quality management system,and putting forward reasonable solutions and advice is particularly important.Based on the quality management issues of the modern trams construction,this article detailed analysised and studied the process quality system establishment,the main points of quality management at all construction stages of modern trams.And this article summed up the components of modern streetcar project quality management system and its role in the quality management system.According to the analysis about the functions of the parties involved in modern trams project quality management,we got the relations and the points of conflicts of inrerest between with the owner,design units,construction units and supervision units,and we summed up the mechanism system of modern trams project quality management.This article analyzed the running and program process of the quality management system,and the quality of incident handling process.Firstly,we described and analyzed the building process of modern trams project quality management system,and introduced China's current quality management system.We analyzed the factors and influence level about the quality in the different stages.Eventually we got the structure of modern trams project quality system.It Comprising quality objectives,organizational structure and responsibilities,management plans,management systems,inspection management,management assurance measures and so on.Secondly,based on the establishment of quality management system,we studied and analyzed the running mechanism of project quality management system.This article describesd and presented quality management responsibilities of each party participating in the construction,operation base of quality management system,analyzed the running process of the quality management system.It introduced and presentd quality management responsibilities of each party participating in the construction,operation base quality management system,analyzed the quality of the process,and gived the quality of the accident procedure.Finally,combined with the above and the actual cases about Shenyang modern trams project and its quality management system,and we analyzed the running process and the problems in it.We made effectiveness evaluation,and give the ongoing improvements of its quality management system.
