| The volume of passenger traffic increases constantly and rapidly in some area where economic activity is highly frequent. High-speed railway, a new line special for passenger traffic, is being planned to build in these areas in our country. It is very necessary to study passenger-train operation organization and its correlative problems on special high speed railway lines, in order to make high-speed train moving quickly, safely, comfortably and efficiently, and to develop social and economic benefits of special passenger lines. In this thesis, research on operation organization about internal and external high-speed railway are made, as well as some issues on passenger-train allocation plans including special passenger traffic line in the passage for railway transport and economical & reasonable running distance of passenger-train on high-speed lines, and some conclusions are also drawn.Firstly, internal and external Organizations of passenger traffic are analyzed. Based on the analysis, conclusions of our passenger-train operation organization are proposed, integrating with the facts in our country and applying the methods of contrast and analysis.Secondly, the thesis studies the influences of passenger train allocation plans to its correlative ingredients. In the course of research, many methods such as analysis, calculation and structuring mathematical model are applied. Grey assessment is used in estimating passenger-train allocation plans, an example is gave in this thesis. Finally, it is studied that economical & reasonable running distance of high-speed train. Because when the distance is short, it has to compete with throughway. On the contrary, when the distance is long, it has to compete with aviation. Not only the influence of maintenance distance and skylight time are analyzed, but also a mathematical model is structured from the angle of passengers according to their various time value and various travel distance. In the end, the economical & reasonable running distance that is most consentaneous with our special line for passenger traffic is obtained. |
