| With the raise of “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”,the economic and trade between the countries along and our country entered a new stage,the construction of the coastal ports,also meets its development time and time again.The development of port cannot leave the water conservancy and harbor engineering.Port engineering,especially in large and medium-sized port engineering,is a very complicated system engineering.During the port engineering project,for the characteristics of the construction period is usually longer,the climate,topography and hydrology environmental changes,crossover operation is common,narrow workspace and so on,the progress goals of the project tend to be difficult to achieve.If the progress of the project is out of control,it will brings the direct economic losses,and may even affect the quality of the project.The construction industry ushered in a new opportunity of reform and development with the emergence of BIM technology,because of its highly integration of the information during the whole life cycle in the engineering construction,and visual characteristics which can integrate these information fully display in front of people,BIM technology is building industry.First of all,referenced to a great quantity of literature,this paper analyzed the applicable current situation of BIM technology using in the construction industry both at home and abroad.The application value of the BIM technology using in project’s all life cycle is positive,and simply introduced the application value of the BIM technology using in each project stage at the same time.Then focused on the application of BIM technology in construction management and the advantage compared with the traditional project management,then analyzed the deficiencies and problems in the application situation at present.At present,the use of BIM technology application in port construction case is less,in order to explore the practical application value of BIM technology in the port engineering construction,based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of BIM application in building engineering construction,the article selected a sheet-pile wharf project as a case,first built the family library of wharf structure member using Revit software,then associate the family library with parameter information to build 3D model of that case.Next use the Navisworks software to associate 3D model with time parameters of structures in actual construction,preliminary implement the built of the 4D progress model during the construction,finally simulated the construction progress based on the 4D model,completed the preliminary study of the application of BIM technology application in port engineering construction progress management aspects.This paper summarized the current BIM technology application in construction,then explored and researched on the following aspects:(1)First built the family library of wharf structure member using Revit software,associate the family library with parameter information,then built the elevation of axis net,and combine with those families to build the 3D structural model of the terminal.According to the established 3D structural model,the structural of the terminal was simply decomposed,finally explored the visualization of the port construction;(2)Using Navisworks software,associated the 3D model with the time dimension of construction process,and established the 4D of the construction.According to the model of the construction progress,tried to modeling the 4D construction progress.Through the study of modeling the 4D construction progress,considered that with the built of 4D construction progress model,it would provide a new method and a new revolution for port construction progress management. |
