Research On Progress Management Of Xiaoluo River Shangzhuang Section Treatment Project

The proposal of the new era water control policy of "giving priority to water saving,spatial balance,systematic management and double efforts" points out the direction for strengthening water management and ensuring water security.River management is one of the important contents,which plays an indispensable role in improving ecological environment and ensuring regional harmony and stability.However,the river control project itself has its particularity,the general distance is long,affected by terrain,climate and other factors,how to make the river control project efficient implementation,ensure the safe flood flow,as soon as possible to play the project benefits,has become a problem worth studying.Therefore,this paper takes the governance project of Xiaoluo River Shangzhuang section as the research object,and analyzes and studies the progress management of river governance project.First of all,it describes the status and progress of the upper Village section of Xiaoluo River governance project,introduces the general situation of the upper Village section of Xiaoluo River governance project,describes the project participating units,construction process and preliminary construction deployment,leads to the existing problems in project progress management,and further discusses the possible factors affecting the project progress based on literature and previous experience.Secondly,in order to realize the project schedule management,the project schedule plan of Xiaoluo River Shangzhuang section was prepared.According to the schedule plan preparation process,the project description was carried out step by step,the responsibility was clearly assigned,and the project schedule plan was prepared by using WBS and network planning techniques.Then,the progress control of Xiaoluo River Shangzhuang Section governance project was carried out,the actual progress of the project was mastered by dynamic monitoring method,and the S-shaped curve method and earned value method were used to compare the project plan of Xiaoluo River Shangzhuang Section governance project with the actual progress.Through comparative analysis,the causes of the progress deviation were identified,and corresponding measures were adopted to optimize and adjust the follow-up project plan.Finally,from three aspects of organization,technology,coordination and stability,the paper puts forward the progress management guarantee measures to ensure the completion of the project on time.
