Finite Element Analysis Method (FEAM) is now used most popularly in computer aid engineering (CAE). Meanwhile, the change of temperature can bring many problems and temperature has consanguineous relation to the production and life of people, so using finite element numerical method to realize the numerical analysis analog of temperature field has great directive significance to optimum design and safety production. In this thesis, I have applied FEAM into the analysis and calculation of temperature field problem. And with the modern Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software technology, a temperature field FEA system which is quite fit for the situation of our country at the present and has good GUI, visualization, general characteristic, expansibility and maintainability was primary developed. Meanwhile, example analyses of engineering problem were presented to test and assess the function of the system and came out a very good result.In chapter 1, the application principle of FEAM in temperature field analysis is introduced, several pivotal technologys of the modern FEA software technology are discussed in a nutshell, the great significance and shortage of visualization technology being applied into the temperature field FEA are pointed out, the development and application status in quo and trend of the FEAM and software in home and abroad are analyzed, and on the basis of these, research significance and main content of the thesis are set forth.In chapter 2, from point of view of visualization-oriented, unitary function analysis, general design and particular design of temperature field FEA system are processed, and the framework of the whole system based on these is confirmed, the environment of developing software which fits for the situation of our country at the present is confirmed after all these analyses, meanwhile, the thought way to realize the technology is simply discussed.In chapter 3, based on the theory analysis and induction of the process of physical modeling of temperature field FEA system, I have distilled physical modeling information of the system, confirmed the data structure, realized the visualization of modeling process and modeling result through visualization mutual interface, designed and realized the storage without redundancy of modeling result data and the relating mechanism of data.In chapter 4,1 have discussed the essentiality and importance of developing Visualization User Interface (VUI) for temperature field FEA system, confirmed design principle of VUI after analysis, realized the VUI after particular design and in the end described the material composing of VUI of the temperature field FEA system.In chapter 5, the important status of visualization technology in temperature field finite element analysis system is introduced, the content and main function of visualization in the system are set forth and synchronously realized.In chapter 6, the unitary function and characteristic of this system are introduced, analyzed, and applied into the practical engineering analysis.
